We stand behind every piece we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Size Exchanges are Always Free Not the perfect fit? No problem. We'll swap your item for a different size at no extra cost to you. Just reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it immediately.

Our Quality Guarantee Every order is quality checked before it leaves us. But if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace it straight away, no questions asked.

How To Exchange Simply contact us at kuromu.support@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll handle everything from there.

Please Note As all our pieces are made to order we're unable to offer cash refunds for change of mind purchases. We do however want every customer to love what they receive, so if you have any concerns at all, reach out and we'll always find a solution.

You can cancel your order before 12am of the day you place the order. To cancel the order please email kuromu.support@gmail.com.

If the order you create is a gift for a friend or family member, we are happy for you to let us know and we will keep a close eye on your order to ensure a speedy delivery.
